Terms of Service
Last updated 25 July 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Axurium Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 17358125), for your use of Proven Format. By signing in you accept them.
What the service is
Proven Format is a private workspace for a coach. It holds the strategy we build for you, shows what is performing in your niche, tracks your own posting and growth, and prompts you each week. We build and maintain the contents of your workspace as part of your engagement with us.
Accounts and access
- Accounts are invite-only. We create your workspace and grant access to the email address you give us.
- Your sign-in link and code are personal to you. Do not forward them or share your workspace with someone we have not given access to.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account, and we will cut off access.
What you can and cannot do
You agree not to:
- Try to reach another client's workspace, or probe the service for weaknesses.
- Scrape, republish or resell the analysis we produce for you.
- Use the service to break the law, or to break Instagram's own terms.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.
Who owns what
You own your own content — your posts, your answers, your notes, your photo. You give us permission to store and process them only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you.
We own the platform itself: the software, the design, and the methodology behind the analysis. Your strategy and the recommendations we write are yours to use in your business, but the underlying system stays ours.
Content from other creators shown in the Outlier Lab belongs to those creators. It is shown to you for research and benchmarking. Take inspiration from what works — do not copy anyone else's work wholesale.
What we do not promise
We work hard to make the numbers accurate, but they come from public Instagram data collected by third parties, and platforms change. We do not guarantee that the data is complete or uninterrupted, and we do not guarantee any particular growth, reach, or business result. What you get out depends on the work you put in.
We may need to take the service down for maintenance, and we may change features as the product develops.
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
If you are using the service as a consumer rather than for your business, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your workspace. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On closure we delete your workspace as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
