Why the grey pill matters

@shredzone.daily did 7.9× its median, and it doesn't make the shortlist: that account swings so hard its own bar sits at 8.4×, so this was a routine day for them. Meanwhile @strength.for.women at 4.1× genuinely broke out of its own normal. Every reel here is measured against the account that posted it, because that's the only comparison that means anything.

Why more cardio isn't shifting his belly, and the two sessions to swap it for.

His audience already believes cardio is the answer. The If/then shape lets you take that belief on without making anyone feel stupid for holding it.

  • 03 · A script, in your voice

If you're doing 40 minutes of cardio to shift a stubborn belly, it isn't a cardio problem.

I coached a guy last year who ran four times a week for eight months. Same stomach. Nothing moved.

He wasn't lazy and he wasn't lying about his food. He was eating 2,900 calories and burning about 300 on each run.

We cut the running to twice a week, put two lifting sessions in the gaps, and set his protein at 1.8g per kilo. Eleven kilos in five months.

Cardio isn't the mistake. Using it to fix a problem it was never going to fix is.

The teleprompter scrolls as you speak, the take saves to your Photos, and the built-in editor burns these words in as captions. Nothing leaves your phone, and nothing gets pasted into a second app.

Your niche won't be an example.

In the product, the creators are the ones you pick, the scripts are written in your voice from your own answers, and the numbers update every week. This page is the museum tour; the workspace is yours.
